HELP! THIRST! The water is GONE!

Hello humans....

You need to help me! I think I am going to die.
Mommy and Daddy took all our water bowls away. They want us to dry out!
It all started yesterday, when they brought tons of cat food home and I already thought we were in paradise!

Look how much food they brought!

The odd thing is the box in the back. There is a weird machine in there. Daddy put the weird machine on the floor in the living room. There is water in there and it is moving all the time.
Daddy also took our other two water bowls away from us. I am confused. If we don't drink, we will die.

Mommy and Daddy keep running after us and placing us in front of the weird thing and point at it and sound all excited and squirt water in our faces. They tell us we should drink from it. ARE THEY CRAZY? I mean, we might fall in and die. I don't trust the machine. I really don't. Mommy even gave us dry food for breakfast. We almost never get dry food as Mommy says it is not that good for cats. But she gave us a lot of it this morning and giggled and told Daddy that now we would drink for sure. I promised myself I wasn't gonna fall for it... the problem is, I really like dry food. So I ate some of it and then some more and then still a little more. And I got thirstier and thirstier, I am super thirsty now, BUT OUR WATER BOWLS ARE GONE! Mommy and Daddy want us to die. I am sure of it. They want us to dry right out.

But the craziest thing ever is - earlier I caught Phoebe - DRINKING FROM THE WEIRD THING! She says the water tastes very fresh, because there is a filter in the thing. That can't be right, water is supposed to have cat hair in it. Lots. Also some litter. And maybe a toy or two! Phoebe also says it is much more fun to drink, because it is moving. And she does not have to bend down to drink, as the thing is much higher than our water bowls. That is insane! Everyone here is totally insane.
Mommy is insane! She always giggles when Phoebe drinks from the weird thing. Phoebe drinks a lot more than before, because she says the new thing is so much fun to drink. THAT IS WHY MOMMY GIGGLES! Because Phoebe is going to DIE FROM IT! Soon. SOOOON!

I have to go. I need to find a source of water. Urgently. I am SO thirsty and no water anywhere near! Huah!

THING! I don't trust you, you THING!

I don't like trees.

Hello humans!

Still not much beefsteak in sight. We got some pudding though. That's something, right?
I mean, it's real pudding only for cats. Humans can't eat it. Cats can. Mommy says that it is really extremely super unhealthy, but once in a while we should be allowed to eat a little bit of unhealthy.
I wonder if beefsteak is unhealthy?
I mean, it must be, because we get it so rarely. Then again, Mommy once said that beefsteak is very good for cats. That does not make any sense at all!

More news: the horrible car is gone! JACKPOT!
I totally got around sitting in it even. That's good.
Phoebe is sad about the car being gone.... she is worried she might not be able to ever go to the grim reeper again. What's the heck is wrong with that little lunatic?
Why would she even....?
Oh, nevermind.

Also.... the ballthing is still going on much.
It appears the blackredyellow ones that everyone who lives here has to find awesome are doing pretty well. I heard people say that they will be the master of the world. Or something like that.
Anyways, I think that's something special. Not everyone can be master of the world. What a title. If there was a master of the cat world, that would be me.

Mommy's arm looks funny, too. She sticks gluey things onto it and say they will heal it. Or something. She can't really move it cause she fell off a tree. Or something.
Now she is looking over my shoulder and tells me I am not supposed to write that she fell off a tree, because that is how rumors are started according to her.
Well, she did say something with trees and falling, so that must be it. What more options can there be?
Anyways, I never liked trees. When I was still and outside cat I made a hhhuuuge circle around them. Some of my friends climbed at them. One got stuck once. Humans had to come with portable stairs and help him down. Ahhh, good old times!
But trees, really, no thanks!

Mommy also got herself some new fur.
You know how humans feel the need to continuously change their fur. In the morning, in the evening, depending on the weather or what they plan on doing.... so complicated.
But I like the new fur Mommy bought today. It's evening fur. The back legs have cats on the knees and on the belly there is a Polaroid photo of three cats with some hashtags under them. So basically, the fur looks much like me and our blog. Mommy said it reminded her of me, so she bought it. That's so cute.

Goodbye, humans!

Beefsteak? Beefsteak!

Beefsteak?
BEEFSTEAK!

I love beefsteak!
Daddy bought us some beefsteak. He promised that some days ago and he did indeed. But of course there was a snag to it - we could have it for ourselves. He ate the biggest part. When I complained he told me that compared to our bodysize I ate a much bigger amount than him. Humans never understand! Humans are omnivores, you know? That means they eat everything. Cats are carnivores. That means we eat meat.
So logically, as humans eat everything, they need to eat a bit less of everything. We eat only meat, so there needs to be a big amount. That's obvious, isn't it?

Luckily we got other food than beefsteak, too. Just in case. There can't be enough food.
Apparently in our petfoodstore of trust there was a discount on out catfood of trust. Also, Daddy has to give away the very dangerous car soon. Which is good, cause cars are very dangerous. But it's also bad, cause without a car they can't bring as much catfood at once.
Today they did bring as much as fitted in the car...probably. It was a castle of food! Literally.

Told you. A castle.

Daddy and Mommy bought new ringelingthings, too.
Daddy's is a whole new one, like very different from the old one. Mommy's is a bit similar to the old one.
Phoebe and me tried to talk them into buying us ringelingthings as well. I heard people need ringelingthings in case of emergencies. So if they die or have some other emergencies, they can ringeling to someone and be rescued. I need that.
Mommy said, if I had a ringelingthing for emergencies, I'd call her every 2 minutes soon as the foodbowl is empty. Well, duh! That's the definition isn't it? "For emergencies." Humans are weird indeed.

Here is Mommy's ringelingthing.

Daddy can take pretty pictures with his ringelingthing! He can chose that only some colors show in the picture and some don't. He took a picture of me and I need to say, I find myself exceptionally eye-pleasing in this one.

Look at me:

Did you look?
Ain't i gorgeous?

Grumpy Cat Mommy!

Hellou!

There are good news and not so good news!
Mommy got work! That's good news... and not so good news, because Ruska worries that we might starve because of that fact. I never actually thought about it, but Ruska said, when Mommy and Daddy are both at work, there won't be anyone to give us food during the daytime, so we will starve. I don't know if that is true. For example, Mommy was at grandma's place again today and we still really didn't starve. She gave us a huge portion of food in the morning, so much that I decided not to be hungry anymore after I ate two bites and Ruska ate almost all... Mommy says she doesn't get us. Hmm.

Today she even brought us something when she came home:

TREATS!
Also... it is Throwback Thursday again, everyone!
So here is a picture of our Mommy. As a baby. Looking like Grumpy Cat.

Grumpy Mommy!

Parachuting canceled due to window-problems.

Parachute plan canceled.
Everything seemed to work perfectly fine. I managed - with Phoebe's help - to knot myself into some belts and attach the cuddly blanket from the sofa to it. I stole one of Mommy's scarfs and wrapped it around my head for protection. Did not find any glasses, but decided it had to work without them. I could already smell freedom and tons of food. Ruska ready for take off.... - and then I didn't manage to open the window.
Well, it is unfortunate, but I will find another solution eventually. To be honest, parachuting sounds a little bit scary after all. Maybe I should pack myself in a box and send it somewhere. I bet you can find petfoodshopadresses on the internet. That would be a marvelous place to send myself to. Then again... I'd probably be in cars. With the box. That would maybe be too scary, too. If I... no, way too scary.
An adoption ad online! Pawesome! No, wait... if I get adopted, that means new humans.... maybe other cats... maybe they have dogs... maybe even less food. No, no, that's not good.
I think maybe I should stay here. Yeah, that sounds good. Yes.

It is not too bad here, actually. If I think about it. At least we get food and it tastes really good. And on Saturday we had a women's night with Mommy. Phoebe was too small, she was playing on her own. First I watched Mommy sitting in the big box in which our litterboxes are usually. It was filled with water and extremely suspicious. She asked me if I wanted to come in, but it was too scary. And I think maybe she wasn't all serious about that.
Afterwards we watched a movie called Sex and the City. It's for women. I am a woman. Cat...woman. Anyways, it was fun. I tried to steal Mommy's chocolate, but she said I couldn't have it. I didn't get wine either. But I got some treats. It's something!

When it come to the food situation - things have gone from bad to worse. I actually caught Phoebe eating the rest of the food in my bowl today. It's supposed to be the other way around. That is just so wrong.

Parachute-Ruska

Hello humans!

Oh, boy, what a weird devil's day! Daddy was home, you know? Daddy is usually always at work at devil's day, but today he was home. In fact, he was the one deviling today, Mommy only needed to mop. They were gone for a while during the day to look at animals. I really don't understand that. After all, they have two perfectly fine and very watchable animals right here. Hello. *waves*
In the evening they were planning to watch other Finnish humans. Or something like that. When they came home, Mommy didn't feel too well. She was whining around and lying on the sofa. She looked pretty much like Ruska actually. Hihi. She said she had ice coffee and it didn't do any good to her stomach. Ice coffee. That sounds delicious. I ate ice cream once. No, actually twice. But I only got a wee bit, cause Mommy said it is not good for my? RIGHT - stomach! And now she has a lot of ice cream with coffee herself and then she gets all confused about why her stomach does not like it? Really, I don't understand humans.

Ruska is planning her escape since yesterday. She does not like the new regulation of less food. She made plans all night. I think they involve a parachute. I am not so sure if a parachuting Ruska is the best idea. She is even afraid of the mop, I bet parachuting is much more scary.

Here is a part of Ruska's plan. She drew it herself.

I just hope the heaven thing is not meant literally. I mean, she does not even have a parachute. She says she is going to take care of it. Oh, god.

I have to say I like the new food regulation. As we get smaller portions I manage to eat mine all up. Ruska, too, obviously. Then we can't eat before we get more. And by then I am hungry again and manage the smaller portion again. So in the end I always get all the food that is meant for me and Ruska can't steal any. She really should lose some weight anyways. I wonder if the parachute would even hold her. If she had one.

The only thing that worries me is the warning sign next to the food bowls. It looks like this:

In case you can't clearly see it, it says
"Planning on...
...peeing somewhere?
...stealing treats?
...climbing somewhere you don't belong?
...destroying something?
...scratching Mommy?
...making a mess?
THINK TWICE"
and then there is the picture of a cat which is nailed to the wall through its ears! D:
Ruska says the cat in the picture is supposed to me be. There is some resemblance... maybe... but that is only by accident I am sure.

Last but not least: here is my awesome selfie from yesterday!

#hipstercat #yoln
(yoln is not a typo, cats don't live only once, suckaaaas!)

Byeee!

Phoebe's Food Paradox

Hello humans!

I know, it has been a while again... it is not easy lately. Mommy's head is full of not having a job. That is funny in a way, cause if you don't have something, how can your head be full of it? My head is never full of food, cause there is never enough of it... for example.
Anyways, because her head is full she spends more and more time on the machine. Looking for works or playing games on Facebook or reading in forums or watching some humans in red uniforms that can fly and help other humans. It is hard to find a time to write something for me and Phoebe. Mommy was even at a point talking about not letting us write anything anymore at all, cause she said that not many people are reading anymore and it would all be in vain. And that she needs the machine for other things. IT'S MADNESS! I tried to explain to her, that she should instead give us food more often. She said those two things are not related. Nonsense, everyone knows that food is the answer to everything.

The food situation has become critical.
Sometimes it takes many hours before we get more food. Mommy says, that is only because we eat much faster than we used to. Excuses. I came up with a brilliant idea... I am eating the food from Phoebe's bowl when nobody notices, after she left it. When she is coming back, she will find her bowl empty, and because she is believing in the good of everything, everyone and everycat she doesn't suspect it was me, but thinks she ate it herself and just forgot about it. Because she knows that she should only eat from her own bowl, she won't touch mine either. So I can come later and take my time to eat my own portion. Brilliant, isn't it?
What? What do you mean "that's evil"? One has to survive somehow in this cruel world! What would you do?
Well, sadly enough, Mommy got behind my brilliant trick and now she keeps shooing me away from Phoebe's bowl every time she sees me eating from it. That's unfortunate.

I really wish I was a human. They can eat whenever and whatever they want. Even cheese!
Mommy and Daddy were talking about burgers a lot on the weekend. I don't quite know exactly what a burger is, but the way they talked about it sounded like it is the best thing ever. Yesterday they went for burgers, because Mommy's friend from Finland was visiting. She is staying in Frankfurt as well, but without cats and not as long as we. She was nice. I slept next to her.
Anymeow, they went for burgers and I told them I wanted to join. As loud as I could.
Then Mommy indeed said, that I could have some too! I got excited! As you know, that happens rarely, but I really wanted to taste the burger thing! Burgers have cheese sometimes, you know? That's what Phoebe said. I don't know how she knows but it sounds about right. As burgers are awesome and so is cheese.
She went to the kitchen and filled food into our bowls and gave us a treat with chicken and cheese (yes, they sell that, wheee!) each. I waited next to the door while Phoebe ate her food and was all excited about the yummy treat. Then they left. I was still next to the door. They forgot me! Can you believe that?
Phoebe said, that Mommy didn't mean we could have burgers, too, but she meant the treats with the cheese. Well, that can't be right!? I think they just forgot me. I'm deeply hurt. Well, maybe next time.

I found out about another weird thing humans do. At least here, not in Finland though.
This time of the year they dress up as something they are not and then they have fun. They all it carnival. Yeah, as I said, weird.
Phoebe got incredibly excited of course and wanted to do a carnival as well. Ugh, god, no. She always wanted to be a dragon, so she dressed up as a dragon. I didn't want to dress up. Phoebe said I shouldn't be a party pooper. So I put on my crown and said I was a queen. Phoebe was happy. Not that my crown would be a costume, I am awesome, it is part of my normal accessories. But what does that little black kitten know?

This is our costumes.

Byyyee!
Ruska

P.S.:
Rest in Peace, little Pounci!
Too bad we didn't have the chance to get to know you...
Our Granny will take care of you now.
Hugs to your Mommy and sister Misto!

Brace yourselves, spring is coming!

Hellohello!

Time flies, it's ages since the last post again, time flies, no time to lose, much to tell!

HELLOOO!

So, first I need to point out that I am the super most brave cat on planet earth... and all other planets where they have cats. Yes, I am. Nobody can deny that! I'm Superphoebe. I had an overall saying "Superphoebe" once... but that's another story. Mommy said it too. That I am a superbrave Superphoebe. Well, she used other words... but anyways.
Last devil day I was lying on my favorite spot in the kitchen having my daily between-breakfast-and-lunchtime-nap. Mommy was deviling and because Ruska was in the sofaroom, she deviled the kitchen first. If she devils the sofaroom first, then Ruska has to run to the kitchen and when she then devils the kitchen, then Ruska has to run back and because I am not as scared as Ruska she rather has me run two times... even though it'd clearly be better for Ruska's figure... but oh well. Now she deviled the kitchen and I got scared. Even though I am superbrave. The devil is noisy and big and noisy and very noisy. I was about to run to the sofaroom, but then I thought that for that I would have to leave my spot. And because Ruska always starts running before me, she always reaches the other room before me. So she could steal my spot! I couldn't let that happen. So I clenched my teeth and stayed in my spot all the time while Mommy was deviling. And then she left with the devil and she kept saying what a brave little Phoebe I am and I was all alive and didn't even die! Seconds later Ruska came to the kitchen, because she had to flee from the sofa room and I told her how brave I was. She said it's not called brave, but suicidal. But oooh, well.
Ruska is very scared of everything. She even ran away from the mop later on. The mop doesn't even make any noise, it's only wet, but that doesn't matter either, if you don't get too close.

The day after devils day was food day. I love food day. It is much rarer than devils day. I was already a bit worried before food day, because I saw that the food shelf was very empty. I was scared we might never get food again. But then Mommy and Daddy came home with loooots of foods.

Many foods.
Mommy said that not everything in this picture is for us. That was weird, cause Mommy and Daddy do not eat cat food, so who would it be for? Yesterday I found out the cruel truth: Mommy and Daddy bought the yummy fish for themselves! D=

Here is me next to the full food shelf! :D

I was immediately checking what to order next time.
I like those nice bowls there a lot.

Life is exciting lately, because brace yourselves, spring is coming! (I watched a TV show with Mommy lately with horses and swords and a small human and other humans and a evil little boy human and some pretty humans and manymanymany dying humans and DRAGONS! I want to be a dragon. Anyways, they say brace yourselves when things are coming. Or something. Did I mix something up? I don't know. I wanna be a dragon.) So anyways, spring, right? Spring means birdies! There are some living on the roof. We can see them from the sofaroom peephole. IT IS SO EXCITING. Sometimes there are just sitting but sometimes they are flyyyyyiiiiing AAAAH! So amazing! Finally there are birdies. I am happy we can see them. In our old home there was a lot of green outside, more than here. So more birdies too. I was afraid there wouldn't be any here.

Birdwatch!

Today Mommy was talking to people who might give her a job again.
I heard there are other reasons why that would be important.... not only more food, but then Mommy and Daddy could buy a closet for their human furs and other cupboards and shelves and then the chaos in the bedroom would be gone and then we could have a bedroom again!
So please you people, give Mommy the work. Yes?

Last but not least, here is me as a bat (Almost dragon.):

Ain't I cute?
(Pshhhht, it's not really me, but it looks a lot like me, right?)

CU!!

Food and noise and diet and burrito!

...and... yes!

Life here starts being normal. Somehow. Daddy is going to work and Mommy is a desperate housewife. But she got invited to talk to people who might give her work. Probably then I have to be the woman in the house, I guess. I just won't devil, I can promise that much! Yesterday Mommy suggested that I could find a job instead of her. I could wear a little collar shirt and have a little briefcase and go to a boring office and be like business cat. That sounds fun. The only problem is, that there are people. And I don't like people. Also, there would be an annoying amount of fur on my collar shirt. That would be non-serious. I can't build my career with cat fur all over my collar shirt! How would that look? And then Phoebe would be alone at home. Unless, of course, I would get her into my company. She could be the overly eager trainee or something. Always rushing around with a Starbucks cup, being all hipster and stuff. That totally sounds like her. Or then we just let Mommy find a job and I continue eating and sleeping. Yeah. Yeah, that sounds good.

What I don't like about our home is that there is just waaaay too much noise here! The other day, something was exploding. Probably. In the wall. It was very loud in the wall. Maybe the wall was angry? Or someone was deviling in the wall? I don't know. Mommy said it's the neighbors. They are living in the wall? Are they small? They must be. Walls are not big. How can small neighbors make big noises? I don't know. I am confused.

Mommy brought more new food today. Awwwwww, great!
I like new food! We get many different foods now, not only the same boring shit. Mommy says it's also good for our bellies. I am sad we don't get the one yummy food anymore, but Phoebe's belly is always making the rumblies when we get it and she gets diarrhea and... I shouldn't go deeper into that, should I? Nah. So anyways. New food! YAY!

I tried a new diet today as well.... Mommy keeps complaining about my weight, so maybe I should change something. Mommy was having salad for lunch. She says it is very healthy and - AAAAH THE WALL NEIGHBORS ARE LOUD AGAIN! HELP! PANIC! DOOM! - what? where was I? Oh, the salad. So yes. I tasted the salad, as it is healthy and does not make me fat. It was not yummy. No. Really not. Ew.

SALAAAAD! No. Never again. Ew. No.
Yesterday Phoebe was lost. She was literally gone for hours! Mommy didn't seem to be worried. Strange. At some point during my search for her I was running over the new chair and I heard Phoebe complaining that I should take my fat legs off her ribs. But I couldn't still see her! But then she came out from under the blanket. Oh. Hi Phoebe. Hmh.

Mommy said it is good that we are inside and can't actually get lost. We might die. It is a dangerous city out there. She saw a man almost dying today. A car hit him. Cars are evil. Friends of mine lost all nine lives at once through cars. Some of my step-siblings did, too. Mikko lost 8 out of 9. But the guy Mommy saw didn't die after all. Maybe humans have many lives as well? I don't know. What's the sense in life? To be or not to be? To meow or... OH, get food, gotta go, BYES!

-Ruska

p.s. Mommy's friend was once quitting life to become a burrito. She became a chair eventually... but anyways, I decided to also quit life to become a burrito. Or purrito as Mommy's other friend suggested. That purrilliant.

AAAAH now Phoebe eats my food. Sonofadog.

Me as a burrito.

I'm cute.

Grandma liked Ruska more, but spare Grandma liked me more.
At least I decided so. Someone has to like me more. I am cute. Ruska is cute too. But I am cute in the cute way. Ruska is cute in the chubby way. Ruska thinks Mommy hates her, because Mommy said that Ruska has a boy's face. She does. And then Ruska redecided that Mommy actually loves her, because Mommy brought a lot of food today.

Is that confusing? Yes, yes, it is.

I'll try it from the start.
Grandpa and spare Grandma came for a visit today. We have met Grandpa already once, in our old home, but spare Grandma was new. She is as crazy about cats as Mommy and she used to have a cat that looked like me. That's why I think maybe she likes me more.
Ruska tried to get adopted by them, because Mikko, our brother, always gets a lot of food. As much as he wants. But then Ruska's own fear came into her way. Whenever the doorbell rings she hides behind the sofa and stares at the door from behind it. Especially when Mommy opens it and you hear steps coming closer. And then Ruska runs and hides in the shelf. So nobody sees her and nobody adopts her.

Mommy and Daddy and Grandpa and spare Grandma left and when they came back it was only Mommy and Daddy left and Ruska was still here. Well, that's good. If she got adopted I would be bored. And Ruska didn't want to get adopted anymore, because Mommy had lots and lots of food in her bag. They also had a huuuge bag of litterboxlitter. Mommy said it is much cheaper than in Finland. Because it is made here. And then shipped to Finland. And we shipped half a bag back to here. Hihi.
There were new foods. But they are not all new, because one of them is apparently the same as we had in Finland. Just in very much prettier boxes... and with more different tastes. Mommy brought salmon and reindeer and elk. I can't wait to try it. And Ruska even less.

Here is the food Mommy brought.
The pile is the pretty new packs of our old food.
On the right there is a pack of it from Finland to compare.

Mommy says she can't believe it is the same one. But it has Swedish writing and it costs exactly the same as in Finland. Probably it is the same. Mommy bought also two little cans of "personal food" as she called it. One is called "Little Starlet" and it is for Ruska. On the side it says "Isn't she something very special, my little Starlet?! At least she's convinced she is. And THAT is what I love about her. Character has to be rewarded."
The other one is called "Sorry" and it is for me. On its side is written "Clanking from the bathroom - my perfume! Lucky (read "Phoebe") is shaking his head in disgust. His protesting "meow" must mean: Sorry, but that is not MY fault - can I have something yummy now?"
It is very fitting indeed.

Personal foods!

Last but not least, here is a picture of me at work:

Bye!

So much noms!

Hi there!

So many new things, one is almost too busy to write things in here. I will try to sum up the last days. There is not much use in Phoebe, she is only lying on the kitchen window sill and sleeping day in and day out. She says she is never gonna move and will get as fat as I am. I am still not fat, arrrrgggg.

There is ridiculous amounts of amazing food here. In Finland there is only one affordable food that you can buy in the supermarkets and that won't slowly kill us, says Mommy. In Germany there are lots of them apparently, Mommy brings home something new all the time! I also got some food for Christmas from the bear. Today we ate two different foods already. Mommy said it is good for us to eat different foods, so we won't get picky. As if I'd ever get picky. Food is food and always amazing. But I won't complain.

While Phoebe is lying on the window sill in the kitchen, I usually lie on the one in the sofa room. Or I am napping with Mommy on the sofa and watch TV. Or I follow Mommy through the flat and tell her I want more food. She still fails to understand me. Or she doesn't want to. Sometimes I also lie in the shelf. We were never allowed to lie in the shelf before, but now there is even two beds installed in it. It's just too amazing.

On Saturday our Grandma came to visit with our spare Grandpa and the bear. The bear was nice. Grandma likes me more than Phoebe. I can understand her. Phoebe is difficult to like, even though I do. Most of the time.

There are interesting noises in the house often... because we have a common hallway with the neighbors, not like in Finland. There is also the dog, that is barking sometimes.
Outside there are boomboom noises lately... it's that time of the year again. Mommy and Daddy will go to Grandpa's and spare Grandma's place tomorrow. We can't come, because Mikko will eat us. Or something. Phoebe can't wait for the boomboom. I am a little unsure, but I guess we are safe in here and it can't be worse than the trip to here.

Mommy tries to teach German to Daddy. She puts post its on everything. Daddy was complaining that only the word for "cat" was not enough, so he got all the forms, too.

Whaaat? Chubby?? Me?? WHAAAAT?

Oh well, luckily I speak German already. Wouldn't wanna be in Daddy's fur.

Mommy also is looking for jobs to buy me more food. That is good. I think. I hope she finds one, soon. I want food.

Bye humans!
-Ruska

Look, it's me and Phoebe!

Tucked in and watching TV... me at least. Phoebe is watching Mommy.

In Phoebe's fave spot!

...but why is the food gone?

Hello hoomans!

Today is a good day. There is not much left of the day and Mommy did not need to scream at me even once. I am very proud. Ruska ruins my happiness by saying that yesterday I fucked up for a whole week in advance. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT! And I almost died! And then I almost got killed by Mommy! And my villa was taken away! Why does not anyone have sympathy?

Mommy was getting up very early today, at least much earlier than in the past weeks. It was barely light outside. Then she left for a while and when she came back she started packing again. She packed things from our food drawer! It was open for a long while. And you won't believe it: first she threw out some packs of perfectly fine cat food! Like whaaaat? She said it was crap and contained sugar and grains and no meat and she doesn't even know why we have it and that we have had it for so long that it has gone bad. I ate it once and I really liked it! Sugar is good. Bad is good. Ruska told her, if she doesn't give it to us, she could at least donate it to homeless cats. Apparently Mommy understood cat language suddenly, cause she replied that she had just some weeks ago bought some of the food that we get, too, and gave it to a pet shop that looked for donations, because also homeless cats deserve fresh food and no crap that went old... well, maybe she has a point. I never was a homeless cat, but Ruska was once. She should understand.
Then Mommy started throwing Noms away! She looked at them and said "bad" with almost every single one. There are only two little boxes left now!
She put all the rest of the stuff from the drawer to a big bucket and she wrote "Kitties" on it. Even the dry food is in there and she put it to the bedroom. What?
But she also packed us a lunchbox for the big adventure already! And she put one of the boxes with treats in there, that aren't bad.

On the left there is the lunchbox and right is all that is left of our food stocks.

Here is the bucket.

She bought that stuff that smells nice that she usually sprays around, but she bought it to put it in the walls like we had it when I was little. She says it will help us like our new home more. I like it. It is purple and it smells good.

After Mommy was so very angry yesterday, things have changed. She used to be in the bedroom all the time while being home, as the machine was there. Now she sits at Daddy's table with her machine and the bedroom is closed all the time. Even Ruska lost hope we will get in there ever again. Mommy said it is better that there is no temptation, but that she does not want us to be alone in the rest of the flat all day. So she is with us and nobody can be in the bedroom. That is fair I think.
She even brought our tiny climbyscratchthing from the bedroom to the sofaroom. First she wanted to put it under the window as in the bedroom, but she realized that the sofaroom window is much lower and it looks stupid. So she put it next to the big climbyscratchthing! All the new perspectives! It is like a whole new playground! I like it!

Here is Ruska on the tiny climbyscratchthing next to the big climbyscratchthing.
And my butt as I just went into the cave. How embarrassing.

Now I'll go back to sleep. Only one hour to go and I was a nice cat all day long! YAYYYYY!
